NLM is pleased to announce the availability of an updated Convergent Medical Terminology (CMT) problem list subset.

This file contains 1,466 SNOMED CT concepts Kaiser Permanente uses for documenting History and Family History. The release also includes mappings to ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM. SNOMED CT concepts are based on the January 2014 International Release.

The problem list subset is available for download by UMLS licensees from the UMLS Terminology Services (UTS).
