We recently changed how we create and maintain public Collection URLs.  In the past, public Collection URLs were static.  This meant that they did not change.  Now these URLs are dynamic and will change.  However, this does not mean that you have to change or update links that use these URLs.  Old URLs will work just as well as new URLs and will continue to work as long as your Collection is public.
