New CORE Problem List Subset of SNOMED CT Available for Download. NLM Tech Bull. 2025 Jul-Aug;(465):b3.
The National Library of Medicine (NLM) is pleased to announce a new Clinical Observations Recordings and Encoding (CORE) Problem List Subset of SNOMED CT is now available for download by UMLS Licensees.
This May 2025 subset is derived from the March 2025 US Edition of SNOMED CT release as well as the UMLS Metathesaurus version 2025AA.
To download the above releases, you must agree to the UMLS Metathesaurus License and have a UMLS Terminology Services login.
