NLM Strategic Plan
Developing NLM's FY2028-2032 Strategic Plan
The National Library of Medicine (NLM) is developing its next Strategic Plan for fiscal years 2028-2032. As the world's largest biomedical library and a leader in biomedical informatics and computational health data science, NLM is engaging community partners to help shape future scientific directions of NLM. Input received throughout the strategic planning process will inform NLM's scientific priorities, investments, and activities for 2028-2032.
Opportunities for Public Input
NLM anticipates releasing a public Request for Information (RFI) seeking feedback and recommendations from community partners and members of the public. Information about the RFI, including example topics for feedback and instructions for submitting comments, will be posted here when available.
Other mechanisms for engagement and input on the Strategic Plan will also be listed here.
